DESCRIPTION
In this vegetarian cooking class, you will learn to make one of the most famous recipes from southern Italy: the hearty baked Parmigiana. We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice before preparing a rich vegetable Parmigiana.
We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.
